It is our goal that every apprentice that establishes employment with our company, receives the best training that we can provide and that they experience several divisions of the electrical industry. It is also our goal that every licensed electrician that establishes employment with our company, participates in continuing education courses to remain familiar with an ever changing industry.

Description

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems. Ensure that work is in accordance with the current National Electrical Code.

Must be comfortable with working at heights exceeding 40ft and entering crawl spaces and attics. Electricians will be required to attend continuing education courses locally and around the country.

Technical Skills

  • Troubleshooting - Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it.
  • Repairing - Repairing systems using the needed tools.
  • Active Listening - Giving full attention to what clients are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, and asking questions as appropriate.
  • Judgment and Decision Making - Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
  • Quality Control Analysis - Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
  • Safety & PPE - Employees must correctly use all company-provided PPE and follow established safety procedures and OSHA guidelines at all times.

 

 

Description

An apprentice will assist electricians with on-site duties while furthering their own knowledge and skill. Duties include using and supplying materials or tools and cleaning work area and equipment.

Must be comfortable with working at heights exceeding 40ft and entering crawl spaces and attics.

Apprentices will be required to attend a four year apprentice program while receiving paid on-site experience.
